“I was scared to come to this session- felt a bit guilty to put myself first. However, I am so glad I took the time for myself to begin my healing journey. If anyone is second guessing if they should do this or not, I say go for it. The support and kindness I received is exactly what I needed. Especially when the rest of the world doesn’t know what to say to a parent who has experienced loss.”
